We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders can take from 1-3 business depending on your location (rural and remote areas may take longer). You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

CUTZNPACTHES charges a flat rate of $8.00 for standard delivery. But if you register with us orders over $60 with standard delivery, will be delivered for FREE. (However from time to time CUTZNPACTHES reserves the right to offer free delivery.)

Please be aware that at peak times including Easter, Christmas and special sales, orders might take longer to be dispatched (4 - 8 business days).

We may collect the following information from you:

1. You should make sure to give us your complete and correct addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.
2. For guaranteed delivery, there must be someone to receive the goods between 9am – 5pm.
3. If the ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. Your payment will be immediately refunded to your credit card.
4. We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

For security purposes, additional verification or information may be needed to allow us to complete your order. We may ask you to supply the following information:

A copy of your photographic driver’s license verifying your identity and billing address.

If the billing address is different from the address specified on your license, proof of address would be required in the form of a bank statement or other relevant documentation.
